Step 2: Introductory Consultation
In this first 50-minute introductory consultation, we will go in detail about your symptoms, health concerns and goals, based on questionnaires you will be asked to complete in advance. We will also discuss your motivations and roadblocks for change. Taking all this information into consideration, I will design a healing protocol specifically tailored to your needs.
NOTES: Upon booking this consultation, you will be assigned a Mini Intake Form, an Informed Consent and Disclaimer for Nutritional Services, and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. You must complete and submit all these forms at least 2 business days before your scheduled consultation. Failure to do so, will require rescheduling.
Based on the information obtained in the Introductory Consultation, I will design a personalized protocol rooted on a whole-food diet paired with lifestyle recommendations to implement while we work together. I might also recommend specialized functional testing to look for root causes of your ailments and to provide a more effective, targeted support. Benefits of healing protocols include: optimizing your digestion, reducing chronic stress and inflammation and balancing your hormones and blood sugar. Beyond nutrition, my protocols integrate stress management, exercise and movement, and sleep hygiene recommendations.
